Redemption Instructions

You may redeem shares at any time by phone or mail. If your request is received in good order and prior to the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange, you will receive a price based on that day's net asset value (NAV). Otherwise, the price you receive will be based on the following day's NAV. In the case of a weekend or holiday, the trade date will be the next business day.

Signature guarantees are required for all written requests to redeem shares with a value of more than $50,000 or if the redemption proceeds are to be mailed to an address other than that shown in your account registration. A signature guarantee may be required in additional situations as described in the prospectus. A signature guarantee must be provided by a bank or trust company (not a notary public), a member firm of a domestic stock exchange or by another financial institution whose guarantees are acceptable to the Funds' Transfer Agent.

1. Write a letter
Please include the following information:

  • The name of the fund and the share class that you wish to sell
  • Your account number(s)
  • Each owner's name and address
  • Dollar amount or number of shares to be exchanged
  • Signature(s) of the owner(s) as it appears on the account

2. Send it to the appropriate address
